What advice about cultural behaviour would you give to someone coming to study in your

country?

1. Nepali people greet saying,,namaste' together with joining both palms. 'Namaste' is mostly done on formal occasions. On other occasions, it is done for seniors.

2. Nepali people address each other saying didi ("older sister"), bahini ("younger sister"), daai ("older brother"), bhaai ("younger brother"), buwa ("father") and aamaa ("mother") for a warm reaction.

This looks like a wedding party. There is a lot of celebrations going on here. The married couple is on the stage sitting on a sofa. People are celebrating the wedding joyfully and happily. The famous Panche Baja music is also being played here. People are dancing to the tune of Panche Baja. There are a lot of delicious foods on a table which is probably rice, lentils, paneer and chicken as seen in the picture. People are serving themselves the food on a plate standing in a queue and then having the food sitting on a table along with their family, friends or relatives.
